Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. We are not responsible for the cost of shipping and handling of the product.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 -3 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take 2 weeks to process and ship.
Tooth Fairy™ believes 100% in customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise please return the product back to us within 30 days of purchase and ToothFairy™ will be happy to refund your money to you.
Conditions of return:
No damaged, used or late stock (after 30 days from purchase) will be accepted.
A restocking charge of 20% of the cost price of the product will be charged and subtracted from the refund amount payable to you.
